The Sales Specialist Master Data
Management (MDM) will work with operations and project teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and communicated to maximize total booked revenue across all products and services. Ensure opportunity efforts and
pipeline progress is communicated to all account team members and Line of Business
Management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate solution sales experience
and success, knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques with the ability to quickly assessment
opportunities to determine if qualified or not. To create client proposals which clearly address and are linked to the
understanding of customer
requirements, pricing matrix and close plans to assure consistently high close rates.
Create formal presentations, define sales
call goals and convey Health Market Science unique value propositions in client meetings and internal
sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Business or Marketing is
preferred and MBA is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience is required.
- Sales experience in selling complex information products and solutions,
preferably in the segment they are assigned to.
- Strong functional understanding of MDM solutions, customer
master, data warehouses, business intelligence tools.
- Sales Specialist must be self-motivated with demonstrated sales ability
and a consistent record of key customer development and quota over achievement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Frequent travel required.
